Default IP and Credentials for IPMI

The JBOD will be set to use the Factory Default of 192.168.1.99 and Default credentials of ADMIN:ADMIN

Once you have accessed IPMI, you can use Configuration->Network to set either a STATIC ip address or DHCP.
