Reset ADMIN User password with IPMITOOL (Local Access Only)

The command below will set the password for User 2 (ADMIN) to the password ADMIN.

ipmitool -I open user set password 2 ADMIN

 

You can run this via OS or LiveCD but you must be local to the system at the time.
